Rate basis$79/hour; fixed fees below are built on that rate

Phase 1 — Go-live beta: $25,000

A working, paid-booking beta live in 1–3 pilot buildings in about 8 weeks: customers book and pay online, cleaners work from an app that keeps working without signal, and your team runs the day from one dashboard. Everything is built on the client's own accounts and code repository from day one.

#DeliverableIncluded in the beta
1Scope and design sprint (week 1)Confirm pricing model, pilot buildings, provider model; clickable flows for booking and the provider app
2Secure foundationNext.js + Supabase; multi-tenant data model with Row Level Security and automated isolation tests; separate logins for customers, providers and staff (staff with two-factor)
3Brand and marketing siteBrisq brand applied; landing page with instant quote, pricing, FAQ, out-of-area waitlist, legal page placeholders
4Online bookingQuote → arrival window → access details → card saved with Stripe → confirmation; one-time bookings; card charged on completion
5Customer accountSign-in by email link; upcoming and past visits; reschedule and cancel within policy
6Provider app (installable web app, English + Spanish)Today's jobs, access instructions, check-in, checklist, before/after photos, complete job — works offline and syncs when signal returns
7Command center (lite)Today board, jobs with manual assignment, customers, buildings, providers, services and prices, staff users and roles
8NotificationsText messages (booked, reminder, on the way, done) and emails (sign-in, confirmation, receipt); SMS carrier registration set up
9Test, launch, warrantyTests on core flows and data isolation; staging environment; walkthrough with your ops lead; go-live; 30 days of free fixes after launch

Timeline: week 1 scope and design · weeks 2–7 build with a weekly demo · week 8 acceptance testing and go-live.

Not in the beta (candidates for Phase 2 or later): recurring plans, automatic job offers to providers, ratings and reclean tickets, tips, refunds workflow, dispatch timeline board, For Buildings and recruiting pages, CRM sync, reports, native iOS/Android provider app.

Phase 2 — Feature implementation: $25,000

A fixed $25,000 budget (about 316 hours at $79) for the features the beta proves matter most. After 2–4 weeks of live beta use, we hold a beta review with your team: we look at bookings, support requests and provider feedback, then sign a one-page Phase 2 scope listing exactly which features are in. Anything that doesn't fit the budget moves to a later phase — nothing is added without a signed change.

Recommended candidates, in our suggested priority order:

PriorityFeatureWhy it matters
1Recurring plans (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly) with skip and pauseRecurring customers are the core revenue of a cleaning business
2Automatic job offers to providers, accept/decline, provider availabilityRemoves manual assignment as volume grows
3Ratings with automatic reclean tickets; tipsQuality control and provider income
4Refunds and credits with approval limits; failed-payment follow-upProtects revenue and gives support clear rules
5Dispatch timeline boardSee every provider's day at a glance
6For Buildings page, building landing pages, provider recruiting pageSales and supply growth
7HubSpot lead syncSales pipeline without double entry
8Reports dashboard and system health pageWeekly numbers and early warning
9Support inbox for customer and provider textsOne place for conversations

Not every candidate is expected to fit; the beta review decides the final list.

Timeline: about 8 weeks from signed Phase 2 scope, with a demo every week.

Monthly care plans

Care keeps the platform secure, running and improving after launch. Each plan's price is our team's included hours at $79, plus the tools we use to monitor and maintain it, plus the support coverage it promises. Care starts 30 days after beta go-live (the first 30 days of fixes are free). We recommend Beta Care until Phase 2 releases, then Standard Care.

Technology costs (paid directly by the client)

The platform runs on accounts the client owns and pays for directly — about $420 a month during the beta, about $460 after Phase 2 — so the client keeps full ownership of the code, data and every vendor relationship. These are vendor list prices checked on September 28, 2026; usage-based lines grow with volume.

Assumptions, exclusions and terms

This price assumes

  • One service market, 1–3 pilot buildings, up to 10 providers and a single pricing model during the beta.
  • Providers are paid outside the platform during Phases 1–2 (payroll or manual payouts); automated vendor payouts are a later phase.
  • The client provides decisions, content, pricing, test buildings and feedback within 5 business days of each request; up to 3 rounds of revisions per milestone.
  • The client's legal entity (LLC with EIN) exists before build starts, so Stripe and SMS registration can be completed in its name.
  • All accounts — code repository, hosting, database, Stripe, Twilio, domains, analytics — are opened in the client's name; Frenchy Digital is invited as a member.

Not included

  • Technology and vendor fees (listed above), app-store fees, and card processing.
  • Legal work: terms of service, privacy policy, SMS terms, worker-classification advice, trademark clearance for the Brisq name.
  • Photography, video and copywriting beyond the platform copy already prepared.
  • Penetration testing, SOC 2 audits and compliance-platform fees.
  • Features not listed in Phase 1 or the signed Phase 2 scope.

Terms

  • Change requests are quoted in writing at $79/hour before work starts.
  • All code, designs and data are assigned to the client on full payment; Frenchy Digital keeps its pre-existing tools and templates and licenses any embedded parts to the client.
  • Care plans bill monthly in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled with 62 days' written notice.
  • Invoices are due within 5 days; late balances carry a 10% late fee.
  • Work is governed by the Frenchy Digital Master Services Agreement and the mutual NDA between the parties.

Acceptance

Signing below accepts Phase 1 at $25,000 and the payment schedule above. Phase 2 is confirmed by a separate one-page scope after the beta review. Care plan selected at go-live: ☐ Beta Care ☐ Standard Care ☐ Plus Care.
